Newsletter November 25

Hello dear friends! 

This newsletter has lots of good news. We are happy to report that construction of the daycare center is progressing well. The shell of the building is now complete and interior work has begun. It is still realistic to expect that construction will be completed by the end of the year and that we will be able to welcome the first children in January, which is the start of the school year in Kenya.
In line with this, we had interviews this week with teachers and a manager for the facility. We are also planning various ways to raise awareness of the daycare center so that parents will send their children to us. Please pray that we hire the right people and that many children come to us.

There is also good news from our campaign. We were able to reach our target of €10,000 this week, which we want to use to finance the equipment for the daycare center. We are absolutely thrilled! Many thanks to everyone who contributed!
 
Aid packages in December:
Helping the poorer population in Kenya is always a special concern for us. That's why we will be collecting aid packages again in December, which we will then distribute in the new year. Since most school fees have to be paid at the beginning of the year, this time of year is particularly challenging financially. If you would like to support this campaign, you can donate a relief package for 15 Euros, which will provide a family with enough to live on for two weeks. Please write “Relief Packages” as the purpose of your donation so that we can allocate your donation. Thank you very much!
