Hello dear friends!
We have had an eventful month. On October 4, the groundbreaking ceremony for our daycare center took place. Since then, construction has been progressing rapidly. If the weather cooperates, the roof should be finished by the end of this week. Completion and handover of the entire project is then planned for the last week of December. If this schedule can be met, we will be able to welcome the first children in January. However, there is still a lot of work ahead of us to make this happen. A meeting with the local authorities is planned for mid-November, at which it will be decided whether we can obtain the necessary permits by January. Most of the hiring of staff must also be completed in November. We would appreciate your prayers for all of this, thank you very much!

Our campaign is also making progress:
Since the groundbreaking ceremony, our campaign to raise €10,000 has been underway. This money will primarily be used to equip the daycare center. We have already raised more than half of our target of 250 x €40, namely 135 x €40 – a total of €5,400. Many thanks to everyone who has already contributed. Our goal is to have the remaining €4,600 by the end of November at the latest, so that we know how much money we can budget for the interior furnishings of the facility – for example, chairs, tables, and toys. We are confident that with your help, we can achieve our goal of providing the children with the best possible equipment. As always, you will find our account details at the end of our newsletter.
